This vessel is designed to service and supply for offshore survey, exploring and facilities construction project of oil and gas. The main operational function includes: life rescue (up to 100 persons), fire fighting operation of outside, oily cleaning on sea surface, supply goods and material for offshore platform. The engine room area and bow thruster room are designed with double bottom and double shell. Double main engines, double propeller with adjustable pitch, double fixed conducted pipe, and double suspension rudders designed with flow line are equipped with this vessel, the side thruster system with pipe are arranged at bow and stern separately, one wheel roller is located at stern.
